We practise Pilates in the Nuclea sportsroom every Friday (except school holidays and official holidays) from 12.30h to 13.30h.
Pilates exercises are suitable for everyone, both men and women, beginners and experienced athletes, young and old. The method is so controlled, that everybody can develop and grow at it’ s own tempo and level. The great thing about Pilates, is that you become very aware of your body and it’s possibilities.
One attends the class to be more flexible, the other to strengthen his weak back. There are also athletes who practice Pilates to perform better in their own sports like running or football. And if you have an injury, or back problems for which you need to train your trunk stability more, Pilates is the best choice.
Pilates has many advantages, because you can use the principles of Pilates in any other training.
